How to delete your account in the app
You can permanently delete your LearnMathsToday account directly from the mobile app, without needing to contact support.

Go to Settings
Tap your profile icon, then select Settings from the menu.

Tap Delete Account and confirm. This action is immediate and cannot be undone.
Can't access the app?
If you're unable to sign in or the app isn't available to you, email support@learnmathstoday.com from the email address linked to your account and request account deletion. We'll verify your identity and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What data is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our active systems:
Account & profile
Your name, email address, and sign-in identifiers (including Apple or Google Sign-In tokens).
Learning activity
Practice history, scores, streaks, saved topics, and any progress tracked against your account.
App preferences
Settings and preferences linked to your account, such as grade level and notification choices.
Timeframe
Your account and profile data are removed from our active systems immediately after deletion is confirmed. Copies retained in backups are purged within 30 days as part of our routine backup rotation.
What we may retain
We may retain limited information where required by law, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to resolve disputes — such as transaction records for past purchases. This information is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Sign-in with Apple or Google
Deleting your LearnMathsToday account revokes its access to any Apple or Google Sign-In credentials you used to create it. It does not delete your Apple ID or Google Account — those are managed separately by Apple and Google and can be reviewed in your Apple ID or Google Account settings.
